This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 8, Issue 3, Page 45. May/Jun 1984. This is a great project for anyone starting out in carving. It only takes a
couple of hours, and you don't need any expensive tools - just a well-sharpened
standard 1/2" chisel. Epoxy a short length of steel or brass rod into the
bottom of the cane and you're ready to stroll...
